Location is great. Near the main square. Conveniently located at a hip neighbourhood of Guadalupe. Room is cozy and comfortable. interior is nicely decorated. Bed is nice and comfy. Hot water is hot. There is a common kitchen. A fridge in the room is a bonus, especially after a hot day out walking. The self check in was very straightforward, via whatsapp text and phone. Eugenio was very helpful. There is a coffee machine in the room, but somehow it doesn’t dispense coffee. That’s the only negative comment I have.
We really enjoyed our stay in Nuno! Eugenio was friendly and welcoming and accommodated our every need. I liked the location as it was equi-distant from town and Fabrica de Aurora where it was enjoyable to visit artists in their studios. Eugenio’s esthetic sense helped create a lovely environment and we look forward to returning to Nuno at some time in the future.
I was a short term renter for a period of four months and absolutely loved Casa Amor - the studio apartment I was in. Eugenio and Victoria are gracious and attentive hosts who did their best to ensure my stay was as comfortable as they could make it. The apartments are well-located with easy access to the Jardin, a tienda - grocery store - right across and more within a few minutes walk,, and even the bus if you want to experience traveling by public transport ;). All this in the art district of San Miguel - the murals alone made the stay here a one of a kind experience. You simply can’t go wrong staying here, whether for a short visit, or a more extended stay.
A wonderful stay in San Miguel at Nuño 16. A comfortable room with a small fridge and coffee pot overlooking a small garden patio, our stay was made more special by Eugenio’s warm and friendly greeting. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood known for its murals with only a 10-15 min walk to the Zócalo. There was a rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and an afternoon break. Eugenio was an excellent host! Very quick to respond to messages, he also provided some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Great stay!

By far, Nunó 16 is one of the best experiences for lodging in San Miguel de Allende. The place is beautifully designed. Each corner is meticulously cared for and it’s management is warm, friendly and super attentive. Did I mention it is super affordable and walking distance from the main spots? 20/10 will recommend
